Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the VOKASH platform. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Purpose

VOKASH is a blockchain-based commercial receivables tokenization platform, allowing businesses to sell their unpaid invoices to investors to obtain immediate liquidity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the VOKASH platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Registration

3.1. Registration Conditions

To create a VOKASH account, you must:

  • Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Complete the identity verification process (KYC)
  • Accept these Terms of Service

3.2. Account Types

  • Business Account: for companies wishing to sell their receivables
  • Investor Account: for individuals wishing to buy tokenized receivables

3.3. Account Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed from your account is presumed to have been performed by you.

4. Services

4.1. For businesses

  • Invoice upload and verification
  • Automatic receivables tokenization on Polygon
  • Listing on the marketplace
  • Payment reception via Mobile Money (Orange Money, Wave)
  • Real-time transaction tracking

4.2. For Investors

  • Consultation of available receivables
  • Access to debtor scoring
  • Purchase of receivables tokens
  • Investment portfolio tracking
  • Capital recovery at maturity

5. Pricing

VOKASH commissions are as follows:

  • For businesses: 1.75% of the sale amount
  • For Investors: 3% of the invested amount
  • Total commission: 4.75%

No registration or subscription fees are required. Commissions are automatically deducted during transactions.

6. Transaction Process

6.1. For businesses

  1. Invoice upload on the platform
  2. Verification and validation by VOKASH (24-48h)
  3. Automatic debtor scoring (AI)
  4. Receivable tokenization on Polygon blockchain (automatic)
  5. Listing on marketplace with negotiated price (discount)
  6. Purchase by an investor
  7. Payment to business via Mobile Money (48h maximum)

6.2. For Investors

  1. Consultation of available receivables
  2. Analysis of debtor scoring
  3. Purchase of receivables token
  4. Payment + VOKASH commission
  5. Receipt of token in your wallet
  6. Wait for maturity (30-90 days)
  7. Recovery of the total receivable amount

7. User Obligations

7.1. Business Obligations

  • Provide authentic and undisputed invoices
  • Not sell the same receivable on multiple platforms
  • Inform VOKASH immediately in case of payment incident
  • Facilitate recovery in case of debtor default

7.2. Investor Obligations

  • Analyze risks before investing
  • Have sufficient funds to invest
  • Not manipulate prices
  • Respect payment deadlines

8. Responsibilities and Warranties

8.1. VOKASH Responsibility

VOKASH acts as a technological intermediary. We do not guarantee:

  • Actual payment by the debtor
  • Absolute authenticity of documents (despite our verifications)
  • Absence of bugs or service interruptions

In case of dispute, VOKASH's liability is limited to the amount of commissions collected on the concerned transaction.

8.2. Risks for Investors

WARNING: Investing involves risks, including the risk of debtor payment default. The displayed return is not guaranteed. You may lose all or part of your invested capital.

9. Intellectual Property

The VOKASH trademark, logo, website design, source code and algorithms are the exclusive property of VOKASH. Any reproduction is prohibited.

10. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Blockchain and Immutability

Transactions performed on the Polygon blockchain are permanent and immutable. It is impossible to delete or modify them after validation.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time. VOKASH reserves the right to suspend or close an account in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Suspicion of fraud
  • Legal obligation

13. Modification of Terms

VOKASH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. In case of substantial change, you will be informed by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Burkina Faso law and BCEAO regulations. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
